[Bug 1081752] [NEW] GRUB2 fails if /boot located far from the start of the disk

Public bug reported:

- GRUB2 fails when /boot is located in a partition which ends after 100GB from the start of the disk.
- GRUB2 works ok if /boot is located in a partition which ends before 100GB from the start of the disk.
