  Server installations fail to install base system

Status in “debian-installer” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Server installations with 20121121 images fail to install base with the following error trace.
  Occurs with both amd64 and i386 images
  1. Start the d-i installer
  2. Enter the user details
  3. Did not select home encryption
  4. Leave the default selections and continue
  5. The error occurs during base installation step
