Public bug reported:

Just a weekly update round with the update manager that gone wrong. Gave an error: 
package libavformat53 4:0.8.4-0ubuntu0.12.04.1 failed to install/upgrade: package libavformat53 is already installed and configured

I restarted and the got the message (crash report) that there was en
problem detected (twice).


This is my first bug report, so sorry if something is missing.
