[Bug 1080201] [NEW] Group checkbox behaviour seems incorrect

Public bug reported:

Checking/unchecking the group checkbox seems to flip the value of its
child checkboxes instead of mark all/mark none.

Test case:
Ask for updates, make sure the packages are grouped by source.
Uncheck the first child of a group.
Click on the global checkbox of the same group.

What I get:
The first child is set to "checked", the rest are set "unchecked", like a binary NOT operation.

What I expect:
Child checkboxes should mimic the group checkbox status.
If the grup checkbox is set to "unchecked", all childs must be unchecked.
If the group checkbox is set to "checked", all childs must be checked.
