  "No localization" entry

Status in “localechooser” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When installing any Ubuntu version, the LiveCD installer has these
  language options: "English" and "No localization" which  are actually
  the same thing. I think one of them should be removed, because having
  to choose between them might be frustrating for new users.
