  No startup notification in apturl

Status in “apturl” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apturl

  With big repositories (like universe) enabled, apturl can take up to
  several seconds to start, but no visual feedback is presented to the
  user.

  Something like f.d.o startup-notification support should be
  implemented for proper feedback, notifying that the program is
  loading.
