Ah, looks like virtualenvwrapper had the same issue, example work-around

  On Raring I'm getting build failures like this:

     dh_install
     dh_installdocs
     dh_sphinxdoc
  dh_sphinxdoc: error: unknown JavaScript code: debian/python3-microfiber-doc/usr/share/doc/python3-microfiber-doc/html/_static/searchtools.js

  Build log is here:

  This package builds fine on Precise and Quantal.
