  During upgrade from ubuntu 12.04 to 12.10 the following grub packaged
  failed to install

  grub-efi-amd64 (2.00-7ubuntu11) ...
  source_dir doesn't exist. Please specify --target or --directory

  The computer re-booted but error dialog pops-up.

  $ sudo apt-get install grub-efi-amd64
