Confirming fix for quantal:

$ sudo debootstrap raring .
E: No such script: /usr/share/debootstrap/scripts/raring

$ sudo apt-get install -t quantal-proposed debootstrap

  Well, it's time for the usual post-release/next-release fiddling.

  Quantal's debootstrap needs to add scripts/raring (13.04) as a symlink
  to gutsy in order to support raring chroots on 12.10.
