  ubiquity crashes after choosing "continue testing"

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  After the installation has finished (seemingly successfully), ubiquity
  asked whether to restart now or continue testing the live system.
  After choosing to continue testing, the dialog froze and ubiquity
  crashed.

  (upgrading a 12.04.1 to 12.10 on the disk)
