[Bug 1074982] [NEW] info link describes wrong version

Update-notifier is reminding me that Natty is no longer supported and I
should upgrade to Ocelot.

When I view the release notes for Ocelot, they begin with the following
few lines:

= Welcome to Ubuntu 11.10 'Oneiric Ocelot' =

The Ubuntu team is proud to announce Ubuntu 11.10 'Oneiric Ocelot'.

To see what's new in this release, visit:
  http://www.ubuntu.com/desktop/features


However, the link, upon loading, describes Quantal, not Ocelot. Moreover, it's not immediately apparent that it describes Quantal (much of the verbiage simply describes "Ubuntu," and on particular piece of verbiage just happens to use the version number 12.10). I think that this could be confusing for users -- they click on a link claiming to provide information about the release to which update-notifier will update them, but get a web page describing features that aren't available until the absolute most recent release.
