No, the URL is OK, but unfortunately the MyUnity developer only has a
PPA with the Precise package of MyUnity, and unless he builds a Quantal
version, you won't be able to update it, and you will always get the
message from above.

** Package changed: update-manager (Ubuntu) => myunity (Ubuntu)

Title:
error on update: wrong web reference

Status in “myunity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I just installed 12.10 64 bit on AMD architecture. Now receiving the
  following error:

  W:Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/myunity/ppa/ubuntu/dists/quantal/main/source/Sources 404 Not Found
  , W:Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/myunity/ppa/ubuntu/dists/quantal/main/binary-i386/Packages 404 Not Found
, E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

I believe it is referencing the wrong url. How do I get it to
  reference the correct one?
