[Bug 1006500] [NEW] libwhoopsie should separate lib/bson/* into a separate bson package

Public bug reported:

Noticed that lib/bson/* in libwhoopsie [1] is a copy of an apache-
licenced BSON parser so should probably be split out into a separate
"bson" package.
