Title:
  changelog missing from changelog server

Status in “sudo” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The changelog from the update to 1.8.3p1-1ubuntu3.2 is missing from
  the changelog server. The following URLs 404 for me:

  http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/s/sudo/sudo_1.8.3p1-1ubuntu3.2/NEWS.Debian
  http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/s/sudo/sudo_1.8.3p1-1ubuntu3.2/changelog

  If users are to be informed of what they are updating instead of just
  blindly accepting updates they need to be published so that the update
  tool can report them.

  ApportVersion: 2.0.1-0ubuntu7
  Architecture: i386
  Date: Sat May 19 08:39:50 2012
  ProcEnviron:
   TERM=xterm
   PATH=(custom, user)
   LANG=en_CA.UTF-8
   SHELL=/bin/bash
  SourcePackage: sudo
  UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install)
