This is not a bug in resolvconf.  You seem to have done something to
make it impossible for the maintainer script to clean up
/etc/resolvconf/run/resolv.conf on your filesystem - perhaps you've
marked it immutable.  You'll need to fix this on your system locally to
allow the resolvconf package to upgrade.
