no more bootclean.sh in karmic initscripts

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: initscripts

  hi,
since Ubuntu Karmic there's no more bootclean scripts in init.
Is there any way to add this script to clean /tmp (/var/run, etc...) at boot time ?
Could we consider this as a regression ?
