Actually, this bug can be closed. I used to work with multiple
terminals, executing bunch of commands in each of them. As I understand
commands are saved to bash_history, when terminal is closed. I thought
they were written real time. Sorry for bugging you.

Title:
Bash history doesn't save command from all active terminals

Status in “bash” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Open few terminal windows
  2) In each terminal window execute a different command
  3) Close all terminals; remeber which command was executed in the terminal that was closed as last one

  Expected result:
All executed commands were saved to .bash_history file

  Current result:
Only commands executed in the last closed terminal are saved to .bash_history
