[Bug 1001079] [NEW] btrfs-tools includes depricated command 'btrfsctl'

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu ships with the command `/sbin/btrfsctl`. However, btrfsctl was
depreciated a while ago.

    Note: This command is deprecated in favour of btrfs.

btrfsctl should be removed. At the very least, the man page should have
a big 'deprecated' warning up top. The existance of /sbin/btrfsctl will
cause confusion for users who are new to btrfs.
