Bug description:
  Binary package hint: dpkg

  While installing Lucid 10.04 I had a power failure.  After finishing
  "Update Manager" upgrade to Lucid, (it reported installed with
  errors), several updates failed to install.  An example of a failure
  and the resulting error message is:
