[Bug 1000886] [NEW] Upgrade from Kubuntu 11.10 to Kubuntu 12.04 crashed

Public bug reported:

The installation could not be finished. The error message says:

"E: Couldn't configure pre-depend libtinfo5 for libncurses5, probably a
dependency cycle."

I tried it two times with the same result. I did it on 3 other machines
(all 64 bit) without any problem. The three logfiles from /var/log/dist-
upgrade are attached as tar-file.
