Title:
udevd take long time at boot time

Status in “udev” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  (excuse me for my english)
After boot, I look at dmesg because I want to speed up boot of my notebook.
Now it take 20seconds (not bad) but there is a voice that take 14seconds! The problem is "udevd":

  [ 3.012776] generic-usb 0003:413C:8158.0003: input,hidraw2: USB HID v1.11 Mouse [HID 413c:8158] on usb-0000:00:1a.0-1.2/input0
  [ 17.798085] udevd[373]: starting version 173

You can see the file generated by "ubuntu-bug" at:
    [ 0.653196] udevd[87]: starting version 173

(I submit that file with another bug some days ago)

but the seconds in the file are not real: at boot time it take 14seconds (also before submitting the bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/995456)
