The last two lines are incorrect (as well as for the wrong version of
Ubuntu) and should be removed:

deb http://archive-canonical.com/lucid partner
deb-src http://archive-canonical.com/lucid partner

After you remove them, run:
sudo apt-get update

       Status: Incomplete => Confirmed
