Removed gnome-terminal and bash-completion tasks per Thomas Ward on IRC
(this bug will focus on the issue of not killing the process properly
and a new one will be filed for the bash completion issue)

** No longer affects: bash-completion (Ubuntu)

Title:
  killall incorrect tab completion

Status in “psmisc” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
When I type in "killall plug" and then hit tab, it completes to
"killall plugin-container", however when I hit enter it says no
process found. I have to remove the last r and then hit enter for the
command to work. Killall tab completion should complete using a list
of running processes and not guess the process wrongly.
