Title:
Dist Upgrade Fetcher has no bugreporting address assigned

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
When Dist Upgrade Fetcher crashed, the KDE bugreport assistant
DrKonqi?) said: You cannot report this bug, because this application
has no bugreporting address assigned. (Translated from german.)

Expected behaviour: Dist Upgrade Fetcher should have such an address assigned and reporting a bug with the KDE bugreport assistant should be possible without manually saving the kcrash report.
