  Attempt to upgrade using update-manager failed, no output in command

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  As I am attempted to upgrade my ubuntu to 12.04, the system ended up with error E:Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve and that's it.
  I cant see what package caused the problems, nor any significant helpful information.
