VarLogDistupgradeTermlog: "resolvconf.postinst: Error: Cannot replace
the current /etc/resolv.conf with a symbolic link because it is
immutable."

To fix this, either install resolvconf version 1.63ubuntu12 from the
precise-proposed archive or version 1.65ubuntu1 from quantal, or else
do:

    sudo chattr -i /etc/resolv.conf
    sudo dpkg --configure -a
