But I have no solution yet.
The above step has no effect for me:

Updating packages lists
PPA to be removed: https://launchpad.net/~oibaf/+archive/graphics-drivers ppa
Warning:  Could not find package list for PPA: 
https://launchpad.net/~oibaf/+archive/graphics-drivers ppa

Updating still fails.

Can you please give me a hint *how* I can identify the issue on my
system? Thx

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I receive this message:

  "Could not calculate the upgrade
  I have run apt-get An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:
  E:Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages."

  I have run apt-get install -f a number of times but still get the message above.
  I cannot identify the broken package(s) to remove them.
  Should I wait for official release or can this be solved?
