ı did what you said and there is writen some:
volkan at volkan-Aspire-5739G:~$ sudo chattr -ia /etc/resolv.conf
[sudo] password for volkan:
volkan at volkan-Aspire-5739G:~$ sudo dpkg --configure -a
resolvconf (1.63ubuntu11) kuruluyor...
ubuntu-minimal (1.267) kuruluyor...
Processing triggers for resolvconf ...
volkan at volkan-Aspire-5739G:~$

is it ok or what?
