  Can't upgrade my distrubution

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  During upgrade i get an error that upgrade can't be handled couse of
  some issues with packages. I edited my file /etc/apt/sources.list to
  default 11.10 list then i used apt-get update, but it didn't helped. I
  have no idea what to do now
