  Kubuntu 11.10 doesn't want to upgrade to 12.04

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  It is nearly a week from the new release. And my Kubuntu doesn't do
  what documented. Here is what I run on the konsole just now:

  toni at toni-desktop:~$ lsb_release -a
  No LSB modules are available.
  Distributor ID: Ubuntu
  Description:    Ubuntu 11.10
  Release:        11.10
  Codename:       oneiric
  toni at toni-desktop:~$ kdesudo "do-release-upgrade -m desktop -f kde -d"
  Checking for a new ubuntu release
  No new release found

  Apper and the muon-updater doesn't find release updates. How do I debug?
