[Bug 993417] [NEW] Kubuntu 11.10 doesn't want to upgrade to 12.04

It is nearly a week from the new release. And my Kubuntu doesn't do what
documented. Here is what I run on the konsole just now:
toni at toni-desktop:~$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.

Apper and the muon-updater doesn't find release updates. How do I debug?
