  Ubuntu 12.04 beta 2 installer crashes

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Installing from scratch, long time after accept user account
  information installer hangs. CD & DVD amd64 tested, even with kernel
  options acpi=off,noapic,nolapic,edd=on,nodmraid,nomodeset. Doesn't
  matter presence of internet connection. No error reported on screen.
  Live boots up fine. Examining post-installation filesystem I found
  that init.rd is not generated and main user account is not created,
  seems to be something in last stage. Hardware details as attachment.
