Bug description:
  just installed 11.04 because when I installed 11.10 yesterday it was
  unstable and ridiculously slow from the start. First thing I did in
  11.04 was go to terminal and run apt-get update, upgrade, and then
  because of the output from upgrade, install -f. Then these
  messages....
