Do you have those partitions configured to automatically mount in your
/etc/fstab file?

Also, does this issue happen with previous builds, or did it just start
happening with the 20120330 precise daily build?

  edubuntu usb live - 20120330 precise daily build -
  I have two partitions on my hard disc: ntfs and ext4. I boot from my usb stick, the two hard disc partitions are not automatically mounted. I have to manually mount them.
