[Bug 968929] [NEW] With ubiquity-hooks/30accessibility script doesn't copying existing Orca settings with target system/var/lib/lightdm/.local/sare folder

Dear Developers,

Prewious Casper versions copying existing Orca settings in the target system with /var/lib/gdm folder to prewent user hear equals speech person with the login screen output.
If I see right, this is now not happening in the ubiquity-hooks/30-accessibility script in the copy_orca_config function.

I maked a patch with doing this task, please review, and if the patch is
good, please commit after beta freeze is lifted.
