Title:
Unable to finish user configuration on OEM install Beta 2
Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
I have run the Install (OEM setup) in Ubuntu Alternate amd64 for
Precise Beta 2 and it ends up on a loop and eventually runs out of
memory.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Run test case: http://testcases.qa.ubuntu.com/Install/AlternateOem
Failed on the End User Creation, on action 9 (Wait for the machine to log in).
When configuring the user after preparing the machine for shipping, it
won't log in or configure anything, it stays there on a loop and it
runs out of memory eventually on the console. Will attach picture
shortly.
After it reports the out of memory messages, the UI asks for another
attempt to configure the user.
