[Bug 967260] [NEW] Manual partitioning option doesn't allow reducing partition size

I'm testing the Lubuntu i386 20120328 image and performing the manual
partitioning install I'm not allowed to reduce the size of a 69GB
partition. I don't recall ever seeing that before.
