  Huawei E392 is not recognized as Mobile Broadband

Status in “usb-modeswitch-data” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  - When the Huawei E392 is plugged into the usb port it is instantly
  recognized as a usb storage device with an icon on the desktop called
  "Mobile Broadband".

  - Tried to right-click on the "Mobile Broadband" icon on the desktop and press "Safely Remove Drive"  - no change.

  Please advise.
