Public bug reported:

The man page for idmapd.conf says:

Report bugs to nfsv4 at linux-nfs.org

However attempting to contact that address via SMTP results in an error
from their mail server:

Final-Recipient: rfc822; nfsv4 at linux-nfs.org
Original-Recipient: rfc822;nfsv4 at linux-nfs.org
Action: failed
Status: 5.1.1
Remote-MTA: dns; linux-nfs.org
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.1.1 <nfsv4 at linux-nfs.org>: Recipient address
rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table

** Affects: nfs-utils (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
