Title:
  Improve other software sources

Status in “software-properties” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Currently the items on the Other software look strange, because
  - PPA items are usually are too wide to be displayed without a scrollbar
  - PPA items (all information in one line) are inconsistent with the top two items, Partners and Independent (2 lines).
I'd suggest separating the information as follows: if we have a source comment, let's have the URI on a second line, everything else on the first line, and if we don't have a comment, let's keep it as it is. (With PPAs added with add-apt-repository this should not be the case after the branch adding the PPA displayname as comment for the software source is merged).

I will attach a screenshot of the current and of the proposed layout.
