The install log files in '/var/log/installer/' would be helpful here.
You can use the command 'apport-collect 963646' to gather them.

Title:
Running post installation trigger man-db hangs

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Problem occurred while testing an ISO.

After installing and rebooting I get to the screen to setup a user
account (since its an OEM setup). Once I am done entering username,
password, setting the time zone, etc, the installer hangs with the
message "Running post installation trigger man-db". Had to reboot in
  order to proceed.
