Sounds a bit like this
(http://iscsitarget.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/iscsitarget/trunk/kernel/iscsi.c?r1=462&r2=461&pathrev=462)
might be fixed in the upstream svn. Will try to come up with some test
packages.
