With recent updates cpu increase couldn't be reproduced while deleting a crash file.

  Nautilus crashed, delete crash file in /var/crash, results in cpu race of whoopsie. (screenshot of 'top' output)
  whoopsie needs to be killed per sudo kill -9 <pid>.
