Bug description:
  Ubuntu 11.10

  Did system update, came back and it crashed. Tried to continue. got a
  error about python-lxml. Tried downloading apps from Ubuntu software
  center, again the same error.

  Here is a example from GLX-dock install:

  Not sure how to fix it manually, tried many methods from websites and
  forums, nothing seems to work.
