please wait a while it should resolve itself, these types of issues are
usually due to mirrors lagging or builds being slow leading to
incomplete dependencies.

** Changed in: update-manager (Ubuntu)

Title:
partial upgrade: package 'unity' marked for removal

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Ubuntu wanted me to a partial upgrade (ubuntu-desktop updated again?), but it fails before doing anything with following error message:
  "Could not calculate the upgrade

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:
The package 'unity' is marked for removal but it is in the removal blacklist."

'Unity' marked for removal? Now that can't be right, thank goodness
  for the removal blacklist
