  Installer Crashed

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Sorry I there is not more info I know to provide.  New Ubuntu user.
  Just peeled off the Vista sticker from this nootebook, replaced with a
  factory refurbished hardrive, and trying to install from a disk image
  I burned last week.  Said installer crashed.  That is all I know.
  I'll be purchasing Canonical support.  Good luck!
