Title:
Installation hangs with ubiquity using 100% CPU

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I'm trying to install precise (amd64) alongside Windows on a Samsung
NF310 using the daily iso from March 23. After entering the user
information and pressing continue, the installation hangs. The rest of
the system is responsive. The install never gets past this point, and
eventually the system slows to a crawl until ubiquity is killed. When
this happens top shows ubiquity using 100% CPU and a gradually
increasing amount of memory. This is reproducible; it happens every
time I attempt to install on this machine.
