  update-mnager shows no details anymore when running a dist-upgrade

Bug description:
  I notice some day ago that update-manager dshows nomore  any details
  on what it would be doing when running dist-upgrade:

  I still get number of package to newly installed, removed, updated and kept back, 
  but I cannot see the name of the involved packages.( when clicking on Details )
