Title:
NewWorld boot partition given incorrect mount points on manual
  partitioning

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Hi there, running the 12.04 testcases for manual partitioning I've
discovered a few problems with how ubiquity handles NewWorld boot
  partitions.

When I create/add a NewWorld boot partition it is automatically given
a mount point. If this is the first partition I've created it is
mounted as root, but if root is already taken it is mounted as /home.
It is then not possible to unselect the "mounted as" option. I don't
think NewWorld boot partitions should have any mount point.

What I found I had to do was create say an ext4 partition with no
mount point and then change its type to NewWorld boot partition. Then
I would have a NewWorld partition with no mount point. If you can
  follow that!?!

Another thing that maybe worth a mention is I cannot create a boot
partition smaller than 1MB. Traditionally boot partitions are set as
800k by the automatic installers. I don't know if some machines have
a problem with larger boot partitions??

I'll try and attach the installer files.

  Thanks!
