[Bug 960998] [NEW] ubiquity greeter : thin grey line at the bottom of the top panel

At the bottom of the top panel, there is a grey line of 4px height that doesn't look consistent with the style of the panel.
When a window is maximized (click on release notes in the greeter and maximize firefox) there is a 1px line of background still visible.
